New Cancellation Policies

Adult Students:
Late Cancel Policy: If a student takes themselves off a class roster less than 24 hours in advance, the class tuition is non-refundable.
Early Cancel Policy: If a student takes themselves off of a class roster more than 24 hours in advance, the class tuition can be applied to another class.
Youth Students:
- Youth students who withdraw from class midyear are not obligated to pay any remaining balance, however, any payments made will not be refunded.
- Refunds are not given for missed classes and students are encouraged to make up missed classes. This includes classes canceled due to inclement weather. Please consult with your child’s instructors on what class would be most appropriate as a make-up class.
