• Theatre Dimensions: 24’ deep x 42’ wide
• Black Masking for all windows, and black curtain (fixed) to obscure mirrors
• Theatre seating for up to 72 people
• Entrance onstage is from UL only
• Entrance from the house is DL only
• A small masking curtain may be hung DR for hiding people, props or sound system
• Light board

Renters may utilize the following services:

• Formal Performance block: 4 hours of space, theatre set up and clean up, and 2 staff members
• Spacing/Technical Rehearsals
• Box Office Set-Up Fee (Rentals may opt in or out of this service)
• Post Show Reception: Includes use of 1 table/tablecloth and 2 staff persons to remain on site. Renter is in charge of food, set-up and clean-up. There is no refrigerator, or kitchen for use.
• Technical walk through and consultation with Danceworks Resident Lighting Designer
