Our classes and programs are dedicated to helping every student reach their fullest potential, both physically and mentally. We believe that all people benefit from dance and other arts activities. We strive to create an environment in which each student develops self-discipline, self-confidence and enthusiasm for the performing arts. Danceworks sets class capacities that allow instructors to get to know each student as an individual and to ensure that students receive the personal attention they need to succeed.
Please review the policies, rules and regulations within thoroughly. As a Danceworks student or parent of a student, you are responsible for this information. Any questions can also be directed to your/your child’s instructor and staff.

All youth students are required to have a waiver/release form signed by a parent or guardian before they may participate in class. Please sign and email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

COVID-19 Liability Waiver:
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing, wearing a face mask and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people.
Danceworks has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 (See COVID-19 Studio Policies below); however, Danceworks cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19. Please sign the liability waiver and email it to email@example.com.
Parking in Danceworks’ adjacent lots is available all day on weekends, and after 5pm weekdays. Free street parking is available at all times in front of our building as well as on Jackson St., Van Buren St. and Brady St. There is limited visitor parking along the building’s east side.
If you have any questions about parking, please feel free to send us an email or give us a call at (414) 277-8480.
It’s been brought to our attention that some of our students suffer from serious health consequences brought on by scents from products such as perfume and lotions. Our goal is to provide the best class experience possible and to help maintain a healthy environment for everyone, especially those who may be sensitive to fragrances and scents. In order to accommodate these students we encourage all of our students to refrain from wearing scents to class including but not limited to colognes, after-shave lotions, perfumes, body lotions, hair sprays or similar products. We appreciate your attention to this matter.
