Support the Milwaukee Arts Scene and enjoy a fun day in the summer sun – with UPAF’s Ride for the Arts! Join us on Sunday, June 2nd for one of the nation’s largest recreational bike rides. All Danceworkers, friends and family are welcome to join the Danceworks Joy Riders!
Get ready for an adventure with breathtaking views! Ride along Milwaukee’s beautiful lakefront during a 20-mile loop that takes you from Milwaukee to Cudahy and back again. There is also a 1.5 mile Arts Path perfect for families. Keep an eye out for live performances along the route!
Cyclists of all ages and abilities can ride over the Hoan Bridge multiple times from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. Pick the distance that works best for you — there are several turnaround points and rest stops along the way to make the ride even more enjoyable.
Signing up is easy! Click the above link to register and “Join a Team.” You can search for Danceworks Joy Riders, choose your desired route and enter your personal information. You’ll be prompted to create a Fundraising login & password – this allows you to do additional fundraising if interested, but is not required.
Funds raised by member group teams will be credited back at 50% and this year, 100% of funds raised by new participants will be credited back to Danceworks! Please do not hesitate to reach out with any registration questions.
