Danceworks’ Mad Hot Rhythm Launches it’s 2023-24 Program!
Danceworks Mad Hot Rhythm (formerly Mad Hot Ballroom and Tap) is an innovative educational dance program, providing arts and physical education to youth in Milwaukee-area schools. Over the last 15 years, Danceworks Mad Hot has touched the lives of more than 33,600 students in grades 4-6 throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.

Shoe Fitting Week Hosted By Beautiful Dancer Initiative
We’re collaborating with Beautiful Dancer Initiative now through November 7 for a Shoe Fitting Week featuring the Blendz Apparel Stretch Canvas Ballet Shoe! $35 per couple | $20 per individual (price includes a lesson and one drink)
Looking for something fun and different to freshen up your date night? Look no further! Each social dance series will start with an introduction to the dance style and will work on building patterns and lead/follow skills throughout the lessons. You can join at any time, however, we do recommend you register for an entire series to gain the most from the class. This will give you the choreography, practice time and confidence needed to dance socially. After the one-hour lesson, stay for a drink and to mingle a bit. One drink (beer, wine or non alcoholic drink) is included in the price of the class. Must be 21 to consume alcohol.
All levels and abilities are welcome, and no previous dance experience is necessary.

Studio Observation Week
November 6-11, 2023
Come see your dancer in action during their regular class! Bring your friends and family to see what your child has been working on at Danceworks.
Observation week is also a great time to drop in and watch other classes your child might be interested in taking at Danceworks!
Youth Priority Registration
November 6-18, 2023
Anyone currently taking a youth class has priority registration for the winter/spring session before registration opens to the public on November 20th. Plus, if you register on or before November 19th you’ll get the early bird special ($15 discount.) Registration will not be available online. This scholarship opportunity is meant to give financial support and/or field experience to a deserving individual who has a passion for dance. Paulette always encouraged her two daughters Kim and Kristin to let their lights shine. It is the way she lived her life and through this scholarship, her light will keep shining and illuminating dancers in the studio and on stage. This scholarship is intended for Danceworks students, who are identified as need-based students and are in pursuit of training and/or mentorship with Danceworks and its staff. Students of all ages may apply for a scholarship for an individual program, class, full year of programming and/or field experience with mentorship.

Private lessons are a great way to prepare for an upcoming audition or special event or to give you a boost of confidence on the dance floor.
Sessions can be arranged around your schedule and are available in a wide range of dance styles and levels. All private sessions are with a qualified member of the Danceworks faculty who specializes in the dance style requested. Lesson material is based on your individual needs and moves at a pace that is comfortable for you. Private lessons can be scheduled as a single class or on an ongoing basis.
