Rental Rates:

Please note that office hours are limited and the additional $18/hour staffing fee may apply.

Studios A & B

• Independent Artist: $17/hour
• Community Partners (non-profits with an established 501c3): $25/hour
• Cash Exchange Rental (those charging a fee for participants to attend): $32/hour
• Off-Hours Staffing: $18/hour
  *Please note that an additional $18/hr staffing fee will be added to an hourly rental rate if a rental takes place outside of our regular office hours.

Studio C

• Independent Artist: $15/hour
• Off-Hours Staffing: $18/hour
