As a dancer, you know better than most that movement is necessary to maintain strength. This understanding has led Danceworks to take a bold leap, and we are absolutely delighted to share that we’re moving into a new home! This relocation will give us more room to grow, create, and connect, while still keeping the heart of Danceworks alive—our incredible community of dancers, families, and friends. Danceworks is known for our collaborative efforts to strengthen the cultural vibrancy of our city. We also know that we have the support of so many of you—dancers, audience members, donors, and Danceworks’ friends that are cheering us on. Our successful summer campaign (thank you!) was instrumental in helping us take this leap. This move is a celebration of all we’ve built together, and we can’t wait to welcome you into the next chapter of our journey.

With a new location comes the benefit of improved amenities for our students and patrons! Think updated facilities, increased security, parking, a large lobby space / waiting area for parents and dancers alike, bubblers, vending machines, and so much more.

Important Dates:

• Final Water Street classes will be held the week of September 22-27. This will be a week-long dance party! All adult classes will be $10—come and take as many as you can and soak up all of the inspiration from the floors and walls of 1661 Water Street. 
  
• Studio Sale: Be sure to join us September 22-26 from 5-7:30pm and September 27 from 9am-12pm for our moving sale—shop the studio as we prepare to relocate! Danceworks swag, dance apparel, art supplies, furniture, fixtures and more! Items priced to sell or for suggested donation.
  
• There will be no classes held the week of the 29th. Your following class will take place at MYAC starting the week of October 6. Reminders will be sent via Mindbody for all registered students.
