MORE!

Make a Donation to our Summer Campaign

Dear Friend of Danceworks,

As we prepare for an exciting new season, we invite you to be part of what comes next! This year marks a new chapter for Danceworks. Our move to the Milwaukee Youth Arts Center has opened new possibilities for growth, collaboration, and impact. Together with our fellow arts organizations, we are creating a vibrant home where creativity thrives and where hundreds of young artists and community members gather each week to learn, create, and grow.

This space already serves so many youth and adults—and what we’re really focused on now is making sure it fully supports the quality of instruction and experience our dance students deserve. That’s where mirrors come in and you can help! Not every studio at MYAC is currently outfitted with mirrors…yet!

Our goal is to raise $20,000 to purchase and install these essential mirrors before the start of fall classes, ensuring that every student has access to the tools they need to learn, grow, and thrive from day one.

Mirrors are not simply an accessory—they are an essential teaching tool. They help dancers develop body awareness, improve technique, build confidence, and learn safely.

In addition to helping us with the mirror campaign, your gift of any amount helps in these ways:
• $50 Covers a free community dance class (We are teaching over 10 this summer!)
• $100 Supports one student in our K-12 programs
• $500 Pays for a bus to bring students to a Senior Living Center with our Generations program
• $1000 Supports an artist in a professional performance this season
• $5000+ Ensures that financial barriers never prevent someone from experiencing the joy of dance.

Will you help us create spaces where every dancer can see their potential reflected back at them? Your gift today will help ensure that people of all ages can experience the joy, creativity, health, and connection that dance makes possible. Make a donation to our summer campaign today.
