Danceworks Incorporated will not retaliate against an employee who in good faith, has made a protest or raised a complaint against some practice of Danceworks Incorprated, or of another individual or entity with whom Danceworks Incorporated has a business relationship, on the basis of a reasonable belief that the practice is in violation of law, or a clear mandate of public policy.

Collection of Information: When you create an account on www.danceworksmke.org, you share your first name, last name and email address with us. If you use your account to register for studio classes, you will be asked to share such information as the student’s name, the student’s school, or other relevant information that will help Danceworks properly record your registration. Your mailing address is required to purchase tickets, register for classes, or make a contribution. Financial Information: Danceworks makes every effort to protect any financial information you provide to us. If you purchase merchandise online, your credit card is encrypted using current secure communication technologies. Your credit card number will only be used for processing orders. Your order information will be stored on our secure servers, but this information is never shared with third parties. We restrict access to customer financial information for use by authorized Danceworks employees only.

Cookies: Cookies are small bits of data transferred to your computer by a website to facilitate your online experience. Cookies are only used to assist in customer log-in functions, track the progress of e-commerce transactions and to record session information in order to analyze website effectiveness. We do not share information obtained by cookies with other organizations on an individual basis.

Uses of Personal Information: Danceworks uses the personal information that we collect to process your orders and to notify you of relevant concert and/or studio class information. Any personal information collected is used by authorized Danceworks employees only and is not shared with any outside parties.

Children: Consistent with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting parental consent.
