An easy and calming class to transition the body for a restful sleep. Candle-lit, simple movements to release tension and anxiety and allow the mind to slow down and feel grounded. Class is based on the moon salutation series or Chandra Namaskar. Emily has been teaching yoga around the Milwaukee area for about eight years. She likes to focus on the individual needs of the students and particularly enjoys if they share their goals so she can find specific ways to help them feel better. She received her 200 RYT in 2011 and is starting a 300 RYT this fall so she can teach with even more knowledge.
