Michelle’s fitness career began 10 years ago when she took the Zumba Instructor Training. Since then she has expanded her knowledge with multiple Specialty Trainings through Zumba, along with receiving her Group Fitness Certification in 2010. She has branched out into other formats, for example Cardio Kickboxing, Hit Interval/Bootcamp classes and more recently POUND®. Michelle says music is a big part of her life and it’s what ‘drives’ her workouts. This is one of the reasons music centered formats have always been an attraction for her. For example with POUND® she states, “It is absolutely electrifying when the whole class is striking in unison to the beat of the high energy rhythms. It is a class like no other!”
